Hi, I’m Mateusz Madura – an independent Product Designer, a happy husband, and a proud father of three amazing kids: twin daughters Klara and Alicja, and our little explorer, Leon.
Family is my anchor and inspiration, and I balance my professional life with the chaos and joy of parenthood.
I’ve been designing commercially since 2005, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats in the world of design and leadership.
From 2008 to 2023, I led the Vision Trust team, where we achieved numerous awards, recognition, and major successes. During this time, I managed a talented team, delivering large-scale projects across diverse industries. However, design has always been my passion, and I remained hands-on, contributing to key projects and keeping up with the latest design trends. My expertise particularly shines in the Fintech sector, a field I’ve grown deeply connected to over the years.
In 2023, I decided to close the Vision Trust chapter to focus entirely on my personal growth and the development of my personal brand, Startify. This decision allowed me to channel my energy into projects I’m truly passionate about.
Alongside my independent work, I also hold the position of Associate Director - UX/UI Designer at UBS, a Swiss bank. Here, I work directly with stakeholders to design digital products in the retirement planning sector, honing my skills and furthering my experience in Fintech.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on countless projects, both for clients in Poland and, more significantly, for international partners.
I’m proudly from Sosnowiec, a small town in Poland’s Silesian region, and currently live with my family in Katowice, the heart of the Silesian metropolitan area. This dynamic and vibrant city provides the perfect backdrop for both my personal and professional life.
