Good work needs a clear process and room for an honest conversation. Here’s how I take a project from your initial materials to a complete Figma handoff, with AI agents supporting the work along the way.

1. Understand the context

We start with your goals, users, existing product, brand materials and constraints. A finished specification is welcome, but it is not a prerequisite.

I review the materials and form my own view of the problem. AI helps organise the context, compare alternatives and identify gaps. I check the interpretation and bring unresolved questions back to you.

Before using confidential materials in AI tools, we agree on what can be shared and under which conditions.

2. Agree on scope and estimate

We define the screens, responsive variants, states and other design deliverables you need. I prepare an estimate with assumptions, dependencies and exclusions, then we agree on Time & Materials or Fixed Price.

If you also want development, we list it separately: functionality, integrations, data, technical requirements, QA, acceptance and code revisions. Deployment and maintenance are included only when agreed.

We also confirm the initial payment, payment schedule, review process and decision-makers before starting.

3. Prepare the design foundations

I adapt my Starter to your brand, or work within your existing design system. Typography, colours, spacing, variables and components provide the foundation for the interface.

AI agents help apply the requirements I set and organise the file. I review the foundations before developing the design.

4. Create the concept and main screens

I personally design the visual concept and main views. This is where my experience shapes the layout, hierarchy, typography, proportions and character of the product.

We review the direction together and agree on the basis for further work. I keep the decisions clear so we can build on them consistently.

5. Develop the design further

Using the established system, I work with AI agents to extend the project into additional screens, states and interactions.

I code every project. It helps me explore behaviour, spot gaps and develop more of the experience within the available time. I review the results and keep the visual rules aligned with Figma.

The complete set of screens in your agreed design scope is delivered in Figma. Coding is part of my workshop; it does not replace or reduce that deliverable.
